The location was great, and the property itself has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and condition of the stay did not meet the expectations we had based on the listing.We had to spend a significant amount of time cleaning the property ourselves and purchased additional cleaning supplies to make the space comfortable. We also had an issue with the bedding that required us to purchase a new sheet set during our stay. The host was kind enough to offer to reimburse us 40 for the bedding, which I do appreciate, although at the time of writing this review, I have not yet received that reimbursement.I understand that things can happen, but guests should not have to take on extensive cleaning or purchase basic necessities in order to feel comfortable in a rental. With more attention to cleanliness, upkeep, and guest readiness, I think this property could be a much better experience because the location and overall potential are definitely there.
