"I’m writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with how my room request was handled during my recent stay. I requested a higher-floor room in early September, but I was assigned a first-floor room instead. When I raised this at check-in, I was told the team was “busy” and nothing could be done. This is not acceptable, especially given the advance notice provided. As a result, I will not be returning. "

"Loved staying here.. perfect!! very safe location.. lovely pool ,very quiet And wonderful big balconys to sit out on to have a glass of wine or barbecue on gas barbecue while looking at water and palm trees…delicious restaurants , a bakery and a little well stocked grocery store/gas bar all within 5 min walking distance down a hill .. i was very sad to leave . Coco the owner/manager is very kind and helpfull . She has good suggestion for sight seeing and where to park when sightseeing lol .. my unit was spotless and i had everything i needed to cook with when i was not going put for dinner "

"Nice property but the rooms with a garden view are not quiet at all. You can hear cars from the road nearby and we could hear our noisy neighbours as if they were actually in our room sometimes. Except from these inconveniences, our stay was really great, the hotel is really well located and offers a great swimming pool (which was a little bit cold) and a great beach restaurant. The staff was over friendly and ready to help us anytime we needed."
