"Room was clean, breakfast was great (apart from the pod coffee machine not working very well), late check out at 12.00 was really helpful and staff were really friendly at the reception desk and at breakfast. The pool wasn’t open which was a shame as it was 26 degrees whilst we were there. I would definitely stay there again as it was so close to the medieval city. "

"As compared to the previous stay when we stayed for one night, there were a few problems. The room this time was a lot smaller than the previous one. The toilet was so small that in the evening after using the toilet I banged my head to the door handle. I am still getting headaches. The hotel needs to review this room."

It was noisy with the workers' conversation and radio the first day. The second day they poured concrete and stopped work to let it dry, and after that was the weekend. Staff were great. There was a temporary hot water problem the last day and breakfast was free. If you arrive after dark at the Montpellier St-Roch station the hotel can be hard to spot. Go downstairs in the station where the Starbucks is, and it's right across the street next to a McDonald's."
