"The hotel staff were lovely and helpful, I was able to leave my case at reception as I was off out for the day, and wouldn't be back till the evening. The hotel was lovely had a good relaxing feeling. My room was very clean and cosy. Bathroom was clean, however the hot water in the shower went cold after a short time. Not to bad a thing as the cold water woke me up and I was ready for the day (04.00). The bed was clean and comfy however, it felt like the bed was on a slight slop. I felt at times i was going to roll off 😄 (no I hadn't being drinking). Not really sure what the hatch / boarded up thing was all about. I did hit my head on it during the night 🙄 I was a lot better than the one I stayed in the night before. I would stay here again. In a double room next time. 😊 "

"Ryde Castle was a great central location for us for our trip to the Isle of Wight. The staff were very friendly, onsite parking was easy, and it has a pub attached/in it to it make finding a place for a few late drinks easy. The room was a fair size and had a great view across the water to Portsmouth. The bathroom was very clean and up to standards. The only room for improvement would be to clean up the walls as there was areas of mould or damp that could use rectifying."
