The staff were the only good thing about this. They looked after us and showed us around including taking us to the local

The online advert isn't supposed to be online apparently therefore we were expected to pay at the property again - luckily hotels.com provided a discount.
The shower was broken as in no showerhead, it was like showering with a hosepipe.
Kariba is known for mosquitos due to hot weather yet there was no repellent or spray.. our room was infested.
Breakfast was a lie - they didn't do it despite being advertised then it was offered without being told it was to be paid for. They asked for $20 for two people.
