"Pros Beautiful grounds Great staff Beautiful pool Beautiful beach Cons With All inclusive package they don’t stock fridge w drinks just a gallon jug of water They don’t take your luggage to your room they take it off truck put it on a cart just so u can tip driver and bell but then they roll it into open lobby and leave it for u to get up stairs and never told us we had to track down our bags Vendors on beach are non stop"

I want to especially recognize an employee that works the breakfast shift daily her name is SUMARA she is such a humble lady she always was so attentive to our needs, such a kind and very respectful person. "Very convenient location in west end. Nothing fancy but everything we needed. Our room did have a cat odor in it and the bathrooms could use a good grout cleaning. Everything else was clean. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast in the coffee shop was excellent! We would stay here again!"
