"From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful and told us all we needed to know. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great renge of food and even supplied me with freshly warmed gluten free bread every morning. The room was small but perfectly formed. It was spotless and the bed was very comfy. The bathroom was clean and had underfloor heating, which was very nice. The hotel itself was in a fatastic location right on the walls of the medieval city and aesthetically beautiful with plenty of small seating nooks and and since it was christmas has stunning christmas trees to bring festive cheer. "
