"Lovely welcome and such a nice surprise to be upgraded for our anniversary. Bed was huge and really comfy. Meal was excellent in the restaurant and couldn’t be a more perfect location for an early flight. Stayed many times and would not hesitate to stay here again for our next trip out of Stansted. "From start to finish our overnight stay was wonderful.The Staff were fabulous.They cdnt have done enough for you.The breakfast was delicious and having Coeliac disease everything was catered for including Gluten free table with dedicated Toaster.Thankyou so much.Will definitely recommend to friends.Will come back again.Thankyou for Everything. "We had an enjoyable stay.All aspects very pleasing - especially the Indian food dishes which we ordered. Breakfasts very good too. We had a well-appointed room, spacious and suitable for my disabled wife. My only criticism is about policy of only servicing rooms when asked for; regular daily servicing means any problems are seen and can be dealt with sooner rather than later. Care for environment can be seen to by asking simply for thoughtful use of towels - avoid unnecessary washing. Thank you."
