"Small room, but very clean. Other than cold water on the first day and the small room, everything worked great. Staff was amazing and catered to our very needs. They let us leave our luggage in their property even after check out so we could enjoy the day exploring."

"The hotel is fairly new and is kept very clean. Easy arrival, pleasant welcome, easy checkin and access to room. Rooms are what you would expect from a City Express although we found this bed more comfortable than usual. The swimming pool has sun during the day so the water was warm - more so than many other hotel pools in Tuxtla. Also it was clean in the pool and around the pool area, with comfortable seating. Breakfast was sufficient although not quite as many options as we have experienced in other City Express hotels. This will be one of our top choices to stay in Tuxtla and the price is reasonable along with the amenities. Also it is next door to San Juan Leñero which means we will go for dinner there next time! And has easy access off the highway."
