"Beautiful old Manor House converted into a hotel. Very quiet location, plenty of parking facilities, staff were very friendly and welcoming. Lovely restaurant overlooking the grounds, breakfast was beautifully cooked and served. I’d certainly use this hotel again."

"It was nice bit dark and dingy but it was definitely a good stay shame there was no late check out unless you paid and also the bar staff seemed quite rude when we returned to use the pool Like kept questioning us if we staying in the hotel. Only to find there was no steam room and the pool was ice cold with no changing area. I would give it a overall 7/10"

"Extremely good experience at Horwood House. Everything from the greeting at reception to housekeeping was faultless. Stayed in a deluxe king room which was as expected but above all, very clean and well maintained. Would stay again if in the area. They had the most attentive and polite staff I've ever encountered in a hotel. "

"The staff at are so kind and lovely. The property is immaculate and the beds are comfortable. The bar serves ice cold local craft beer as well as you big brands, the breakfasts are delicious. Always reliable for our business travel needs."
