"Beautiful reaort"

"Wonderful property with excellent service. Everyone was very friendly, with the exception of the lady bartender at Tucker's Bar the last 2 nights. She was as cold and standoffish as Andre was warm and engaging. It also seems the hospitality staff, while very friendly, is stretched rather thin as we saw the same people at virtually every venue at different times of day. While the food was adequate, we were somewhat surprised how simply adequate it was. Perhaps we were simply expecting so much more..."

"Lovely, romantic property. Unbelievable views. Don't recommend for kids. There's not really an accessible beach and the hotel is cliffside. "

"We stayed 9 nights. Although the rains were a bit much at times we made the best of it. Were told very unusual to have that much. Room was comfortable, front desk staff above board. Room cleaned everyday. We met several and all were quite nice. Rental of Electric cars on site, we did that twice. E bikes on site too. Ocean going kayaks on site too. Pools nice except the outdoor one was cold, indoor one was 96 degress. Took taxis to dinners off site. Only option most times. Resteraunts on site were great. Overall, everything was wondeful. "

"The moment you arrive at Willowbank a calmness overtakes you. I arrived at the property, due to a medical illness and being required to disembark a cruise ship because of the medical issue. I recuperated for two glorious days in an ocean view room where my body and spirit began to heal. The room enveloped me with natural light and a feeling of peace along with two great nights of sleep. The dining room offers delicious food and I recommend eating on the patio, The staff are so welcoming and accommodating and allowed my stay to be safe and serene. I highly recommend Willowbank for all that it offeres."
