Pet friendly $500/pet... house trained small dogs
All guests must sign our Rental Agreement prior to arrival. Access to the home will not be granted until the Rental Agreement is executed. Must be a minimum age of 25 years old to rent property. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. The presence of any additional guests without prior authorization will result in an additional fee of $250 per guest, which will be charged to the booking party. No person under the age of 21 is permitted to consume alcohol or use illegal drugs anywhere on the property.

We stayed at this beautiful home for an extended family vacation. The location and amenities were perfect for our group. We had a member with mobility challenges, so the elevator and paved access to the ramp to the beach ensured everyone could participate in beach time. The kitchen is well appointed with complete cooking and baking sets, toaster, blender, and more making meal prep easy. The bed linens and towels are high quality, with ceiling fans in all bedrooms (wall mounted fan in the bunk room). Everyone's favorite aspect are the amazing ocean views from the balconies and windows on every floor.

The home was absolutely beautiful! We had 14 total adults staying the week and we were all perfectly accommodated. The home is well stocked with cooking utensils if you decide to cook in. The host was responsive and very friendly. When we arrived, he gave us a tour and the ins and out of the property. The location could not have been any better right in front of the beach and walking distance to a cool lunch place w an outdoor bar! The house was gorgeous w ample space for all 20 of us. He met us at the house right at check in and gave us a detailed tour-showing us how to use the sound system, the lighting and answered any questions we had. Family vacation in perfect home

The Fleur de lis house was amazing! We had 5 families & the split floor plans on multiple levels gave everyone privacy with the main living area being spacious enough for all of us!
