This is a privately owned and managed property so you get quality personal attention and our house is maintained to ensure guest enjoyment!
Walk into the private gates of our beautifully landscaped house and you will feel as if you are staying in your own compound. This is no doubt the most unique set up in all of Crystal Beach. The 75ft x 150ft oversized lot allows plenty of parking. The courtyard/pool area is totally enclosed creating a sense of privacy while actually being in the center of everything.
This property has had plenty of upgrades and refinements since purchased in 2020! From technology to new luxury furniture and decor, you will not be disappointed. Our guests are in awe the second they walk into the homes featuring 11 different cheerful room colors.
Enjoy your mornings with coffee around the pool area on one of the covered porches or stop at the nearby coffee shop when you take your morning walk to the beach.
POOL:The pool is 5 ½ ft deep (3ft at shallow end) and has been converted to a salt water. Not to confuse this with water in the gulf. It simply takes salt and converts it to chlorine making it feel silky and smooth. Approx. size is 12’x20’
Enjoy the gulf breeze in a 6 seater Street Legal Golf Cart. No hassle with going to pick it up. It’ll be here waiting on you when you arrive. Included complementary with your stay.

MAIN HOUSE The main house is a 1527 sq ft open floor plan with 2 bedrooms/2 baths. It is a one story home which features a 23’ x 21’ great room having an 18ft cathedral ceiling and is the ultimate spot for entertaining with a long unique dining table and new entertainment equipment (70” OLED smart TV, Sonos surround sound system, highest speed Internet). Windows surround this home allowing a view into the courtyard area from the Living, Dining, Kitchen and Master Bedroom. The Master Bath features a garden tub and a full size glass enclosed stand up shower. The second bedroom has a Queen Bed. The kitchen comes fully equipped and features all stainless steel appliances including a side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, and smooth-top range. The kitchen also has an insta-pot/air fryer and Margaritaville ice shaver/blender for your enjoyment. This house sleeps 5 in beds (including 1 rollaway twin). There is a queen air mattress in the guest closet to sleep 2 more where needed if desired.
GUEST HOUSE
The guest house is a 2 story 1000 sq ft home with 2 bedrooms/1.5 bath. It also has an 18ft cathedral ceiling giving the home a larger feel. The living room has a TV with cable, AppleTV, & DVD player. The downstairs bedroom features a king bed and upstairs bedroom has a Queen bed. This unique property having a Guest House verses Guest Quarters, has a fully equipped kitchen making it a perfect choice for 2 families. This house sleeps 5 in beds (including 1 rollaway twin bed).
LOFT
The loft above the garage is a haven for the kids to hang out in. It has a ½ bath and a TV/DVD player. There is a Queen sleeper sofa along with a twin daybed with trundle to comfortably sleep 4 total.
Every bedroom/sleeping space has either a smartTV or TV with cable box.
Walk 1 long block south and enjoy our world-class beach. Destin Commons Mall is just to the north 1/4 mile and boasts something for everyone from shopping, movie theaters, and restaurants. All accessible by our golf cart!
We are a family rental and do not rent to vacationing students. The minimum age requirement is 25.
Dogs allowed with fee of $175 for one dog and $50 for an additional dog (maximum 2 with exceptions per inquiry). An additional $50 cleaning fee also applies. (There are weight LIMITS and restrictions so please inquire in advance of booking) for pre approval) .
Pool can be heated at $50/night and $250/week. Please inquire about this before making your reservation so that we can send a complete quote.
CHECK IN IS AT 4PM. Checkout is at 10AM. Due to usually having a check in on the same days as checkout, requests for early check in or late checkout are rarely approved. You can inquire the week of your arrival as there may be a gap in rental stays. Additionally, our property is large and requires the full vacancy time for our cleaning crew to properly prepare the property for our guests.
