The Space:

The Terrace building is conveniently located closest to the highway within the resort, with beach access available via a short walk through the property. Please note this is not a gulf-front unit. Guests have access to all areas of the resort.



This spacious 3-bedroom/3-bathroom condominium is designed for comfort and relaxation. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dedicated dining area, and a living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa and access to a private balcony overlooking the Terrace pool and scenic lake.



The primary suite includes a king-size bed and private en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom also serves as a suite with a queen-size bed and its own full bathroom. Great stay!

Group of eight, four adults and four kids ages 2 through 10. Listing was as advertised and pictured, with tons of towels, pillows, and supplies. An easy 5 minute walk to sand, with a few pools along the way. Plenty of parking and 24/7 security at the gate was a plus. Nearby traffic can be a drag, but that’s expected in a beach town during a holiday weekend. Would stay again without hesitation.
