This was our first time in Destin and our expectations of Sterling Shores was absolutely met. The building was kept (even during renovations), our condo was immaculate, the pool was clean and everything was exactly as it was advertised. Communication from Vacasa was excellent and they answered my questions via text in a prompt manner. We would definitely like to come back and even make this an annual vacation destination!

i love this area but the particular unit is dated & a lil dusty! def could use an upgrade inside. as far as being near everything, sterling shores is conveniently beside all the restaurants and attractions. didnt need to rent a car! we will definitely be back for sure (:

We stayed here in the past and enjoyed it. The lack of communication of the 8 am construction, and the multiple fire alarms was a big inconvenience. Not saying I won’t be back, just wish I knew about it beforehand. The noise was so bad, we couldn’t stay in the condo most of the time we were there the whole time.

The property was quiet and well lit. It was not located directly on the beach but was just across the street. It could use more communication as to how to access pools and beach from property. Needs some hot pads for the kitchen. Overall a nice place stay for families.
