Unit 1036 has a large living room with both a breakfast nook and large dining room set. Unit has an open kitchen with tile through out with off white walls. It also large wrap around windows with a nice view of the Gulf from the second bedroom. Unit is very spacious and tastefully decorated to match the furniture and kitchen aesthetic. The living room has two new sofa and chair by. The couches are not sleeper sofas but they are comfortable enough to invite a single sleeper.

There is a king bed in the master bedroom, two queen beds in the second bedroom, and 2 queen beds in the third bedroom. There is also a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience located in the guest bathroom closet. Unit 1036 also offers an extended living room without a balcony. Finally, the unit include 4 smart TV's.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. It was perfect for our group of four adults and one child. The space was incredibly generous—everyone had their own bed, and not small ones either. With four queen beds and a king, everyone slept comfortably with room to spare.The community itself was so peaceful and relaxing. We split our time between the amazing heated pool and the beach, which is just steps away. The property felt very secure, which we really appreciated. The location was also fantastic—close to great restaurants and plenty of entertainment options.The hosts, Andrei and Corina, were wonderfully responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. From bottled water to beach towels, a boogie board, and even a washer and dryer, they truly thought of everything.We had an amazing time and would happily stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay—the condo was beautiful, with incredibly easy access to the beach and just minutes from the boardwalk attractions. Our family had an amazing time, with plenty of room for personal downtime when needed. The place was spotless, which is especially impressive with all that sand. Thank you so much to the host for providing such a wonderful space. We would highly recommend this condo and would absolutely stay again if we make it back to Destin.

It was the perfect getaway minus the tennis and basketball court being under construction while we were there. We are a very athletic family and were sad they were unusable. However a local resident told us about a park up the street where all of that was offered and we went on up there and had a great time. Very nice apartment, heated pool was phenomenal

We celebrated our 60th wedding anniversary with our family. Everything was absolutely wonderful. The condo is beautiful, clean and well stocked. Beach is so beautiful and an easy three minute walk. Host was very nice and accommodating!

Perfect location! The home was very clean and plenty room for our adult family get away. Beach access was very close. The only issue we had was the back AC unit was not cooling properly. The property owner was notified. Would definitely return!

Close to the beach was good. It could have been cleaner, but it was acceptable. The sheets in our room, both queen beds, must have been for deep mattresses, they kept bunching up, not fitted at all. The host responded to my texts quickly prior to arriving. Once there, i mentioned we were early and could we get in early. He was going to contact the cleaning crew, but said we could use the pool. I said to please let us know after he contacted the cleaning crew when we could get in. I did not hear back. Overall, the 6 of us enjoyed the place.
