Make sure you check out this cozy 1430sqft east end condo! Located on the 3rd floor, this condo provides a stunning view of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony and the three east side windows throughout the unit! Enjoy free beach service March 1st through the Sunday after Thanksgiving. (Monthly reservations do not receive complimentary beach set-ups.) This unit has a king in the master bedroom with a custom walk-in shower in the attached master bathroom. The guest bedroom has two full/double size beds. Both bedrooms and living room have flat screen TVs, DVD players and stereo. The living room sofa does fold out into a sleeper for extra bedding. The kitchen has updated granite counter tops, cabinets, and is fully stocked with everything you'll need. Complete wet bar with ice machine. Covered, garage parking is included with this unit.

Condo does not have a landline phone and is non smoking. For monthly reservations (over 28 days) please contact Destin Gulfgate directly.

PERFECT!

I have stayed at one other Destin florida condo. This one surpassed that one by a mile. It comes with beach chairs already set up, an awesome pool, An ICE machine in the condo so you will have a nice cold drink to watch the waves. Overall PERFECT!

Excellent place

We loved it. The condo was very spacious and well decorated. It was located right on the beach with easy access. The view was amazing. I’ve stayed at several places in Destin and this one was the cleanest one we’ve ever stayed in. We would love to stay in this exact condo again.
