HOUSE RULES PELICAN BEACH
• Minimum age to book is 25. Primary guest must remain on property for the full stay. (ID will be checked by the front desk)
• This is a pet-free property. No guest pets permitted, including emotional support animals.
• Check-in begins at 4:00 pm CST | Check-out is by 10:00 am CST
• Easy self check-in via personalized door code. Guests will check in with the front desk to receive up to 2 parking passes and up to 6 total wristbands. Bring your license plate number. All guests must be present to receive amenity wristbands.
• Smoking, vaping, drugs, and firearms are not permitted inside the property or on the balcony or outdoor areas.

Loved the ground floor access. The 3 pills kept my kids occupied for hours on end. The walk to the beach was short and sweet. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. There isn’t a washer and dryer unit in the condo but one is available on the 2nd floor.

Me and my two adult daughters had an amazing week long stay. The corner first floor location was so convenient. You can see the ocean from the patio even though it’s on the first floor and you have easy access to come in and out from the beach and pools due to the convenient location. We ended up using the sofa bed instead of the bunk beds but the bunks were cute and roomy enough. The living and dining room area was perfect and the full kitchen made it feel like home. The host was extremely helpful the entire trip and everything was effortless. I had a friend joking us for the majority of the week and there was more than enough room for the four of us.The one negative is the way the beach chairs and umbrellas are set up on the beach. You’re on a private beach belonging to the resort and there are tons of rental chairs/umbrellas lined up on top of each other from way back on the beach with big signs saying no private beach set ups past this point. The rentals for the week would have added about 1,000 to our trip and we had already brought everything we needed. We were not allowed to set up anything other than umbrellas for shade and it made the beach feel small. Perfect location for everything!!!

Our stay at Pelican Beach Daze 102 was great! We were very close to the beach. Just around the tiki hut & the dock walkway & you are on the sand! The tiki hut served up nice food, drinks & fun music when you needed a break! It’s Perfect! Chair rentals were right there & so convenient ! The pool was literally right off from our balcony & you feel like you are already sitting there without even going to get a poolside chair! Shopping & food was a short drive as well as harbor walk. Our room offered everything you needed, bath towels, laundry basket, vacuum cleaner, hair dryers, complimentary shampoo, conditioner, kitchen utensils, dishes, keurig coffee pot & blender, pans for a quick entree, extra pillows & blanket for the couch hide a bed which wasn’t very comfortable but everyone knows these beds aren’t comfortable. But there is a nice air mattress available. The king bed isn’t soft but great for the person who needs a harder mattress for their back pain. Still no complaints!There is hallway noise in the bedroom every morning but you are very close to the stairway door, elevator & check in desk. The property needs a few updates around the whole place but overall experience is a 10/10. Everyone was nice even when you returned from dinner, Greeters in the entrance booth were so nice. I even was approached by an attendant one day in the lobby and she asked if I needed help with the vending machine. Again, we had a great stay & I would return to Pelican Beach Resort!
