The property was clean and updated. Gorgeous view and nice balcony. Arrived after 5:00 so couldn’t get our parking pass or check in info. Bed in the guest bedroom was not comfortable but all other furniture was great. Enjoyed our stay in Destin! Would definitely come back!

Check-in was not clear. Instructions were supposed to come to my email but never received. Since all the communication is via VRBO, it would be better to share the checkin instructions also via VRBO too Amenities inside were sparse. TVs, door & bathroom locks, dryer don't work properly. All closets were full with stuff and can't be used at all. Couple of sofa pillows were foul smelling and had to put them away to sit on sofa.Positives are location and views. They were great and access to private beach was awesome.

Our host was very accommodating. Girl at Emerald Towers called host and we were allowed to check in at 3:45 vs 4pm. Glad to see the coffee pot accommodated put drip and pod coffee. The condo was well appointed and comfortable. We had three people so it would have been nice to have 3 chairs on balcony. Would use this condo again.

We opened the door to see the most beautiful blue ocean view from the balcony doors. We even saw dolphins! From that point on, everything was wonderful. The condo was clean and comfortable. On the beach location with easy access to rent beach chairs. They even had shaved ice you could purchase. The location was perfect with just minutes to everything. Most perfect stay!

Property fabulous but basic kitchen supplies needed

The condo is just as shown. Spaces and decor are excellent!! Listing for bathtub is inaccurate as there is no stopper so can only be used in shower. No overhead lighting in guest room which is definitely needed or at least add wall sconces. No salt, pepper, coffee which I consider kitchen essentials. Shocked there were no welcome gift or promotional materials on Destin for the rental price.View was amazing as was condo but a few inexpensive items such as Kleenex, more than one bar of soap per bathroom would have been nice.
