The house had everything we needed and more! The beds were very cozy and spacious. The pool and hot tub were beautifully landscaped and never crowded! The community was perfect for us. It seemed to be all families, no rowdy spring breakers. We also loved the proximity to shopping and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The house was just Amazing, huge rooms, we ware all sooo… comfortably in each bedroom bed are big even the bunk bed was huge, house was clean with everything you need to cook and make your self a cup of coffee, simply amazing will definitely come back to Tropical Tides !!!

This place is absolutely incredible!

This property is truly a wonderful property to rent. The owners are extremely attentive to all guest needs and the place itself if spotless and provides the utmost comfort and space for larger groups. It provides a very close walk to the beach or a shuttle ride and honestly, it’s just really cute with the neon sign wall and decor rations. I would highly, highly, highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a good time!

Spring Break with the Kids

Had a great week at the house with our family of 3 kids! Easy walk to the pool, which was perfect for the kids. The house was super clean, beds were comfortable. We stayed just our family, but it would be very comfortable with another 1-2 families. Amazing beaches just 10 minutes down the road, or a short walk down the street (although the public beach closest to this house is very small). Go with friends, family, the grandparents. It's a great option in Destin if you're looking for beach and pool time with your crew.

Family Friendly Stay and Play!

Our family of five had a very enjoyable time staying at the Tiki Time property! Gregg and Michele were wonderful hosts that supplied everything we needed in their home and were exceptionally quick in responding to any questions we had throughout the week! The property is in close enough of a walking distance to the pool that even our 2.5 year-old was able to happily walk it (as I carried our 8 month old baby). Said pool was thoroughly enjoyed by all three of our kids! Our 7 year-old was able to swim for weighted toys, our 2.5 year old was able to safely walk out to wading height fun from the zero entry end of the pool, and our 8 month old had the best time sitting at the edge of the zero entry and happily splashed and explored the water! We loved that the community was gated and there was an entrance at opposite ends of the community. We chose to rent a golf cart from an outside vendor and were able to have it delivered and picked up for a small fee. Having the golf cart made for easier and more fun trips to the beach and nearby restaurants! Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend to anyone considering their stay here!

The house and location was safe and amazing for our larger family vacation of 10 people (6 adults and 4 kids)! The house is so close to restaurants, beaches, and shopping. In addition, the neighborhood pool was wonderful for adults and kids with the zero entry. There were a few times that we needed a couple of things/had questions and the owners were so responsive and kind. Would highly recommend!
