Come relax and enjoy the world-famous sugar white beaches of the Emerald Coast in this beautifully decorated condo. This 1430sq foot, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo features a 30 foot private beach-front balcony, high speed wireless internet and free beach service March 1st through the Sunday after Thanksgiving. (Monthly reservations do not receive complimentary beach set-ups.) This spacious condo has a king size bed in the master bedroom with custom walk in shower in the attached bathroom. The guest bedroom is equipped with 2 queen beds. The kitchen has been updated with new cabinets and counter tops. You'll find a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room. This condo has carpet throughout with tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. A separate ice maker can be found in the wet bar. There is a covered, dedicated parking space in the garage. Condo does not have a landline phone and is non smoking.

Great visit

The condo was great, nice and clean. Cozy inside. Beautiful view from the large balcony. The complex is smaller than some of the surrounding buildings so the private beach wasn’t nearly as crowded as surrounding beaches. Two chairs and an umbrella set up for us each morning on the beach. A few restaurants within walking distance, activities for the kids across the street. We loved our stay here.

This unit is top notch! Very clean, INCREDIBLE views. Saw dolphins everyday from the balcony. We had a blast and would go back if we could stay here in a heart beat!

Amazing Location

Clean, family feel, perfectly laid out floor plan, upgrades not even seen in pictures, perfect view of ocean from bedroom, living room/kitchen, and patio, nice patio furniture. Dolphins each morning, chairs and umbrellas available to reserve, decorations nice, carpeted bedrooms and living rooms were so cosy!! Only thing that could have been better were a couple high top patio pieces for completely unobstructed view and a few more kitchen pieces for people who stay to have an easier time cooking. Great front staff and cleaning crew.

Gorgeous unit, beautiful property, conveniently located!

We had a wonderful brief trip over Spring Break (although this was thankfully not a college party atmosphere). Gorgeous ocean views. Friendly, attentive service. Easy in and easy out. Conveniently located in short distance to many restaurants, grocery stores, souvenir stores, and activities. Quick, friendly beach service for chairs and umbrellas. Heated outdoor pool (although not warm enough for the adults in this mid-March weather). Safe, convenient parking. Will definitely stay again!

Very relaxing!

We wanted a place that was not too crowded on the beach and this was perfect! The condo was beautiful and the kitchen amenities were excellent. We will definitely be back!
