Resort Policies

Resort Fee:
A $15 per person (plus tax) User Fee is required for each guest aged 5 and older. This includes wristbands for amenity access and up to 2 parking passes per unit. A pre-registration link will be emailed after booking and must be completed at least 3 days prior to arrival. Failure to register in advance may result in loss of access to amenities or parking.

Occupancy Limit:
Occupancy is regulated by the State of Florida and enforced by the HOA. This includes children and is based on the square footage of the unit. Exceeding the limit may result in a denied check-in with no refund.

Pet Policy:
Pets are not permitted in this rental.

Floor Level:
This unit is located on the 2nd floor for easy access.

Entry Access:
Guests will receive a unique code for the electronic lock (E-lock) prior to arrival. The code is reset after each stay.

Age Requirement:
