Jade East 1810 is a beautiful condo with three bedrooms and three baths accommodating up to ten. Let your cares drift away in this beautifully furnished retreat designed for relaxing. Enter into an open-concept living/dining space brimming with natural sunlight. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico just outside! You’ll find plenty of places for your crew to spread out, whether in the living room on the large sofa and chairs, the dining table with seating for six, or the breakfast bar. Ease into each day with a fresh cup of coffee best enjoyed on the private balcony. A well-equipped kitchen offers modern appointments and all the accessories needed to prepare delightful dishes for the ones you love. Whip up a tray of snacks, make a few cocktails at the wet bar, and watch a movie on the large flat-screen TV before retiring each evening. Luxurious bedrooms await ensuring everyone a comfortable stay. Retreat to the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, en suite bath, and private access to the balcony. Pros: Great location, beautiful Oceanside view. Parking was easy. Easy access to beach and pool! Easy access to room! Kitchen was equipped. Love that each room had a bathroom! Cons: the master bedroom restroom clogged up and was leaking the very first night and it wasn’t fixed until the 3rd day. The back burner on the stove didn’t work. And there were small roaches in the kitchen that would come out at night.I also rented condo 1850 with scenic stays and there were no issues in that condo. Not sure if they use a different cleaning service but there was a difference between the cleanliness between them.

The property was okay, but could be made even better with a few simple updates. The couch is incredibly uncomfortable, stiff, and dated. Replace missing lightbulbs in the bedrooms, put batteries in the clock, and PLEASE provide some oven mitts! Also might be time to spray for bugs, as a few made an appearance in the kitchen, and one of the tv’s in the guest rooms had no cable, streaming, nothing. My husband went to Walmart and bought a Roku stick to plug in so the kids could watch tv before bed. I reported all of these things, so Scenic Stays is aware. On a separate note, you should inform your guests ahead of time exactly what’s allowed and not allowed to be used on the beach. That information is helpful in planning and packing, and it could even determine whether or not someone chooses to book a stay here. For reference, no tents or lounge chairs are allowed on the beach at all, not even behind the rentals. You may only bring an umbrella on a pole and regular chairs, but these must not upstage the rentals. The view and the area were all perfect, though, and we all stayed cool and relatively comfortable while there.

We had a minor issue with the guest who was there before us. He came back hours later, stormed in looking for things he had left behind. This was quite unsettling with a baby there. We had collected those items and had them in a box in the hallway and notified Scenic Stays a couple of hours before.

There were elevator issues during the stay that resulted in inconvenience and unnecessary delays. Staying on the 19th floor was too much for the elevators to not be working properly. There was no reason we couldn’t check in before 4pm as well too.

Great location and nice condo

We are open minded people coming from hospitality jobs ourselves at a large resort. We loved the location and the view was incredible. The layout of the condo worked really well having three young adult daughters with us. Our own parking spot was nice and close to the entrance. The pool and hot tub were really nice. We also liked that we could walk to a few places nearby such as Dunkin Donuts and Alvin's Beach Store. However, our rating would've been higher if it weren't for a few significant items we feel would help make it five stars: Master bedroom mattress sunk in the middle, very uncomfortable. Furniture in livingroom needs to be updated and is uncomfortable as well. Would still highly recommend this place.

Check in information was not fully received for all correct codes but was quickly resolved and wristbands were not provided which ended in delay to get to beach & pool & then no parking pass or even the need for one was mentioned before we received a nasty sticker on our vehicle window that baked in the sun & was terrible to remove concerning towing our vehicle which was then also resolved after a day. Responses were quick & also kind. my 2 year old fell with his cup & broke the edge of the glass coffee table (which then split in 2 pieces) & they were quick to say they were glad he was ok & would come remove the glass. I will also put that on my list of requirements for future rentals of no glass table tops :) the view was amazing, beach was glorious- we saw dolphins almost every day from the balcony- the pool was nice as well & the hot tub did not work for one day but was fixed under 24hours. Overall would absolutely recommend this for all ages from adults to infants there was an abundance of families enjoying Jade east & beaches :)
