Inlet Reef 518-Beachfront Complex without Beachfront Prices!

Beginning in late August 2025 until September 2026 Inlet Reef will under go an extensive waterproofing project. This project will consist of balconies being worked on and windows being replaced. In additional to exterior work there will be walkway sealing done. You can expect to see scaffolding onsite as well as construction crews. Noise such as concrete grinding and possible debris could occur as well. Balconies may be inaccessible as well as views obstructed. Discounts will not be give for construction related inconveniences including but not limited to noise, closed or removed amenities, closed/blocked balconies, or dust/debris.

Welcome to your luxurious coastal retreat, Inlet Reef 518.

This two bedroom two bath condo is located on the 5th floor and sleeps 10 with ease.

The nicely decorated condo has an open floor plan that allows for conversation to flow from the kitchen to the living room. The kitchen is spacious and stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. The bar area can seat 6. The dining table can accommodate the family thanks to the large bench seating. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV.

The guest bedroom has a double on the bottom bunk and a twin on the top bunk. There is also a twin trundle. The guest bathroom has a combination tub/shower.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and balcony access. The master bathroom has a spacious vanity are and combination tub/shower.

The large balcony allows for partial views of the Gulf on the left.

Washing dishes while at the beach.

Our unit was very nice except we were told at checkin that the dishwasher did not work and they would be someone coming the next day to fix it, but no one ever came the entire stay. There was also some confusion about the beach service, but I will say Isaac the beach attendant was amazing and was some of the best customer service I have ever seen. We really enjoyed our trip other than the fact that we paid for a room with a dishwasher and we did not get that and no price reduction or anything to compensate us for the inconvenience.

Listing failed to mention this condo is in a strict community with rules that were never communicated before arriving. The front desk acted like they would kick us out at the drop of a hat. They also failed to mention that the dishwasher was broken so the kitchen flooded and got water under all the tile. There were also issues with residents on the beach

Wonderful location, condo needed to be properly cleaned and maintained

We arrived at our property to find dirty towels in a drawer, a ripped screen on the patio door, cereal on the rug, and a dirty kitchen counter. A few of the comforters were stained as well. However, the property was in a great location with wonderful beach access!
