Was disappointed to find out that when you book through another site other than Holiday Surf and Racquet Club you are not eligible for in-house rental program. Which eliminates linen service, dvd rental and beach service. I was getting a rental car at airport and when I booked it stated there was on-site parking. When I called in advance to verify they stated there was no free parking. I was able to get parking for my stay. Will say the reception desk was very friendly and helpful.

We recently stayed at Holiday Surf and Racquet Club 707 in Destin and had a great overall experience. The views from the balcony were fantastic — especially in the mornings and evenings — and the beach itself was quiet, relaxing, and never felt overcrowded. We also loved how convenient the location was, with easy access to the Destin strip, restaurants, and shopping while still feeling peaceful at the condo. The condo itself was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean, well-stocked, and made for an easy, enjoyable beach vacation. The only downside was the elevator situation. Both elevators rarely seemed to be working at the same time, and there were a few occasions when neither elevator was working, which was definitely inconvenient. Aside from that issue, we really enjoyed our stay and would consider returning.
