Welcome to the newly renovated unit #303! Come relax and enjoy the world-famous sugar white beaches of the Emerald Coast in this beautifully decorated condo. This 1430sq foot, 2-bedroom, 2 bath condo features a 30-foot private beach-front balcony complete with brand new balcony furniture.
This condo invites you in with the light airy color palette with accents of blue and brown. The kitchen is newly renovated with new shaker style cabinets, granite counter tops, and all brand new stainless steel appliances. There’s Brand new dining room furniture enough to seat 10 including bar seating. The living room features brand new furniture and large wall mounted 70 inch TV. Both bedrooms come equip with two wall mounted 55 inch TVs. All new mattresses and bedroom furniture. Both bathrooms feature a large custom built walk-in shower. Tile throughout the unit with rugs in the bedrooms and living room. There is a Full size washer and dryer in the laundry room. In the wet bar there is a Separate ice maker and a wine cooler for your drinks! This condo is non-smoking. And comes with free beach service March 1st through the Sunday after Thanksgiving. (November monthly reservations do not receive complimentary beach set-ups.) For monthly reservations in this unit, please contact the Destin Gulfgate office directly.
