The location was amazing! The condo is well maintained and cleaned. Sleeping areas were all comfortable and cozy. Very spacious for 8 of us to spread out while still offering large areas for time together. Kitchen well stocked with all tools needed if choosing to eat in. The three bathrooms made it very convenient to clean up after a day at the beach or before heading out to check out the numerous restaraunts and attractions near by, most within walking distance. The private beach area was perfect and not over crowded, beautiful white sands and just the right amount of waves for everyone to enjoy. Bonus: many of the days we were able to watch multiple groups of dolphins playing right near the shore. The pool and hot tub were also nice, clean, and both the perfect temperature.

The location is great close to amusement attractions, the place's is big enough for a family of 10 . Beautiful views from the balconies every morning.but when we arrived the floors were dirty and some of the blankets and pillows had blood spots. and the ice/water dispenser was dirty we had to buy ice bags .

Great Destin Location

This was a great vacation and a great place to stay with 11 people. The place was clean and well furnished. It had a washer and dryer that was used alot. We had plenty of parking, we had to park three vehicles. Anne answered all our questions promptly. If you need a three bedroom condo in Destin, this one should be at the top of your list to rent!

We greatly enjoyed the location of this property. Great proximity to the beach, pool and back porch restaurant. Our private beach was never crowded and the pool was never too crowded either. The gas grills were great for preparing meals. The view from the deck was great.
