Disappointing stay

Sadly this was a disappointing stay. Apart from the lady that checked me in the other deont desk were uncaring and unhelpful. I injured my head on the shelf in the shower, they have white tile white shelf, resulting in a gash 1inch long. The response from the FD agent was we'll take a look at that, meaning the shelf! The hotel is poorly built you can hear the people stomping around in the rooms above, tiniest coffee cups I've ever seen at breakfast.

Well Done

The check in was quick and friendly. The beds had plenty if pullows and were comfortable. Breakfast was as expected. We were allowed late check out at no additional cost. Well done.

You have a view of the Golf course, which is rather peaceful after a long beach day. The hotel was sparkling clean and quiet!

The hotel is located in a very nice area, however, the reception staff is never there, and every time we needed something, we had to wait a long time or return because there was only a sign that said "we'll be back shortly." The room had a bad smell, and although we asked to change, the other one was the same. The room was very small and it was almost impossible to move around in it, with no space to put our things. The breakfast left a lot to be desired; the coffee tasted reheated, and there were only two breakfast options. For the price, I think it could have been much better, more spacious, and cleaner.
