Location is exceptionally close to restaurants, Publix’s, Starbucks etc. The breakfast is subpar. Room was clean an comfortable. Unfortunately the AC unit rattled and hummed like a freight train. You cannot open the window so regulating heat or cooling was a real pain with that locomotive. I was told they would look at, but nothing changed.

The staff did not clean the room. They said they would do it every other day. We were there for five days four nights finally on the third night after asking them four times throughout that day to come clean the room they finally came, but they only made the bed they didn’t give us clean sheets or anything Then I went back downstairs. I said oh somebody else will come to do the rest of the room, so then a different person comes to vacuum and clean their room so then we left again for a few hours came back and I said it’s all done. We go up to the room and nothing in the bathroom must touch there’s no towels no clean shower no Toilet paper on the roll. It was disgusting service that I had to ask the fifth time was finally done pictures taken everything else by the staff that they were gonna do something about that with the management, but I’ve never heard anything back from them on the service that we got Would not recommend going there. We are Choice rewards members and we choose that hotel thinking that would be a great option and they disappointed us to the extent that we wouldn’t go back thumbs down. Also, the breakfast was really basic just eggs and sausage and then you had some cereal, waffles and bread for toast.
