This is a lovely unit directly across the street from beach access. The best access is to the left as you face the water, a very short walk. The unit itself was clean with no notable deficiencies. The onsite laundry is a real bonus at the beach. The patio is also very nice, and we spent alot of our non-beach time in that area. You can see the water from the patio. We were quite pleased with our stay. There is some beach related equipment on the patio, but it is resident and not owner provided, so just keep that in mind. I recommend this unit.

Comfortable condo for 6 people. AC was ice cold and all beds were very comfortable. We bring a mattress topper for the pull out sofa. Nice beach view from balcony!!

Excellent location right across from a public beach access! Excellent food options within minutes. We had 6 adults. Enjoyed the beach chairs and body surf board. Definitely would book again!

Amazing stay

Was such a wonderful stay! Very clean, The communication was wonderful. We had everything we needed from the host! The location was wonderful as beach was right across the street, and had a great ocean view from the balcony! I would highly recommend staying at this place and hope to visit again😊

I can’t say enough about this property! The location is amazing - so close to the beach but also near shopping and restaurants. We loved the pool and hot tub. The condo is clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well stocked. When I visit Destin again, this is definitely where I will stay!

We loved the location!

We loved the location. The condo was beautiful and the beds were super comfortable. My only complaint would be the sleeper sofa. It was so uncomfortable to even sit on and very wore out looking. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.
