Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, private patio, pool access, beach gear, and onsite laundry. Stroll to nearby restaurants, Destin Commons, and Scenic 98. With thoughtful touches, cozy décor, and a prime location, Cap`s Cottage is the perfect spot to relax, explore, and make lasting memories.
HOA Regulations:
• No trailers, boats, or RV`s allowed on the premises.
• You must have a parking pass located on the dash of your car in the parking lot. Only two cars are allowed per unit.
• Any violations may result in ticketing and towing at the guest`s expense.

Property Care and Maintenance:
• No pets allowed.
• No partying allowed.
• No smoking allowed.
• Guests are responsible for inspecting the unit upon arrival and reporting any damages immediately.
• Please rinse off sand with the front porch hose before entering the house.
