Enjoy a piece of paradise! Unit #205 is a very spacious two bedroom/two bath condo located on the 2nd floor of the Breakers East on the beach. Spectacular beachfront views from the spacious 30' balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room. Balcony overlooks pool, grilling area, dune walkover and the beach. Complimentary high-speed Cox cable internet access-WIFI. Unit #205 is tastefully decorated in 'beachy' Florida style.

Master bedroom - king size bed, 32" wide screen HDTV with cable/VCR/DVD, ceiling fan, new blackout drapes, desk and office chair, spacious walk-in closet off master bedroom

2nd bedroom-(2) queen size beds, 32" Smart TV with cable/DVD/VCR, ceiling fan.
Both full bathrooms-shower/tub combination with glass shower doors, tile flooring and tub surround

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.
100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.

No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.
Breakers East Association does not allow setup of large canopies or tents on the Breakers East beach.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

This condo was perfect! Great location! It was perfect to see the Gulf and still close to the ground floor. The communication was great and check in was a breeze. The place feels very homey. It is probably the biggest condo we have stayed in for the price. The beds were comfy and it had everything in it to make our time there great. The complimentary chairs and umbrella at the beach were a great bonus as we have always had to pay extra for that service. We will definitely come back to this condo.

Lovely Mother Daughter Get Away

The waters are beautiful touquoise blue, clean/clear, and powder sand beaches. The umbrella and two chair set-up was wonderful - we purchased an extra umbrella one day - super easy and accomodating. We eased into our mornings with beach walks and coffee on the terrace overlooking the beach and skies. Close to restaurants, easy to prepare lunches and late night snacks in our condo. Lovely expereince. We took an afternoon trip along 30A, walked to dinner on the beach one night to the Back Porch and really enjoyed the location of being right on the beach to refresh and recharge. Thank you for making this so easy.

Best experience ever!!

Our stay could not have more perfect. The view was like a picture postcard. Amazing !! We saw dolphins severel times from our balcony. We felt very safe in this area. Appreciate the kitchen amenities. The traffic on the main road is heavy but that goes for anywhere you stay in Destin on the ocean. We would definitely stay again. The beaxh is insanely beautiful. And perfect.

The condo was in a great location and very spacious. The balcony was the best part with a beautiful view. The only negative was that there were too many codes to remember in order to be keyless. There were four different door/gate codes. I would stay again.

Erica at Your Assistant At The Beach is very easy to work with, even finding us a couple more days at our condo. We’ve been staying at Breakers for 20 years and have always been happy here.
