This beautiful vacation condominium is in the Pelican Beach Resort, part of the private Resorts of Pelican Beach condominium complex. The condominium has a private balcony shared by the living room and master bedroom offering a direct gulf-view towards the beach and emerald green waters and long views to the East along the shoreline of the Gulf of Mexico - perfect for enjoying our picturesque sunrises.

This is where you want to stay in Destin if you want to be directly on the beach and would like the option to walk to good restaurants, attractions and entertainment to be found in the Central Destin area.

This Two-Bedroom/Two Bath condominium offers 955 sf. ft. of interior space with a 152 sq. ft. of balcony space. The condominium sleeps a maximum of 6 people and offers one of the area's most unique gulf views of the Destin beaches.

It offers a master bedroom with plush King bed, en-suite bath, cable television and private balcony. The guest bedroom has 1 Queen bed.

As with all our vacation homes, the kitchens are equipped with full-sized range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker and blender. This condominium is fully-stocked with linens and towels and is fully appointed with all the basics and some of the extras not normally found in vacation rentals.

To allow for optional sleeping arrangements, the living room features a pull-out Queen sofa bed.
This is "streaming-friendly" condominium offering a new level (100 Mbps) of high-speed Wi-Fi Internet access … perfect for the entire family!

Everything as described. We had a wonderful vacation! The only thing, the ad listed beach chairs were included. I was misled into thinking the beach service was included. This is not the case. There were beach chairs in the closet you can use, but you can only set up behind the paid beach service chairs.

We absolutely loved our stay at Pelican Beach resort. Highly recommend. Everything was decribed perfectly in the description. Sam was very easy to contact, no problems. The condo was clean with plenty of room. This condo having a washer and dryer was a big bonus! The only upgrade I would say is beach chairs. One is on it's last leg. We did leave a beach chair for the future vacationers to enjoy. Overall 10/10. Can't wait to come back! Thank you!

Cute condo.. kitchen had essential appliance... overall it was a nice place to stay.. the parking deck makes for plenty of room for everyone..few minor issues..washer/dryer in unit was nice to have..spin cycle was very noisy.. at no fault of owner the floors were filthy but quick response and call from housekeeping took care of issue.. nice balcony( again at no fault to owner) HOA needs to fix fence/gate by the cafe.. all you hear is banging gate while out on balcony.. there were “chairs” for the beach but only real beach chair had a ripped seat and there are no beach towels! We bought beach chairs and gave them to friends who drove down and were renting another unit..Make sure you have your VRBO receipt because front desk asked upon arrival and departure how I wanted to pay cleaning fees.. I paid for that on my VRBO rental and had proof on my receipt.. thank you for sharing the condo!

Nice place to stay as family friendly. We stayed late May 2025 and the elevator near our condo was out of order. We were on the 6th floor so we took the stairs. The most problematic time was during check out. We were behind people who had waited 30 minutes to get on an elevator, so we had to skip it in order to get down and away. That being said - the amenities were great, the condo was clean and as presented. We would recommend the place to stay.
