Queen master bedroom, a queen second bedroom, and king size bed in the third bedroom.. The unit has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Located on the 2nd floor across from barbecue pit and pool patio areas.

Unit could use some serious updating, not all rooms had tvs, hardly any cookware, ice maker didn’t work, cannot walk around barefoot with out feet getting filthy & community was doing land scape while there and put new mulch down which caused very bad odors pool stayed dirty been going to this community for 6 years and this will most likely be the last it’s going down hill idk if its new owners or management company ! But other than owner denied access for my service dog she was nice and communicated well

The host was very responsive and responded very quickly when I had a question. the unit was clean and the location was great for our needs and located closely to places like Harborwalk, Big kahuna Water park, Gator Beach and other fun and interesting places. the private access to the beach was only a couple minutes walk . The only thing that stops me for giving 5 stars all across is that there was one room with a very dim light that we could not adjust no matter what . I believe the dimmer switch was broken the host was very responsive. Also 2 of the 3 bedrooms did not have TV's which may or may not have been in the listing and would not be a big issue except again one room was very dim but did have a desk lamp but the other room did not have a lamp so when you wanted to wind down for the evening either you sat in the dark or dimmed the light but had to get back up and walk over to turn the light off . Again, not a huge deal but as room size TV's aren't super expensive now days it was a little inconvenient and would be my main suggestion to make it just a bit more comfy but overall it was a good stay and I would stay again .

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The host was always very quick to respond and helped with any questions we had. They have a ton of beach toys but sadly there were no beach towels which we were a little shocked by. The place was very clean and we liked the layout for our family of seven. There were just a couple of things that made it to where we didn't feel like we could give it five stars. The condo has enough bedrooms and bathrooms to have a larger family stay in it but the dinning room table could only hold 4 people so we were never able to eat a meal together. The kitchen is stocked okay but needs to have some more essential things for cooking, they only had one small skillet to use and an electric skillet. Our family did not mind because we have kids and understand foot traffic noises but if you don't want to hear your neighbors above you I would not recommend this place. We could hear the neighbors above us and the people below could hear us. It is a very quiet community and it felt very safe. The walk to the beach is so short and such a bonus. Overall it was a great place to stay and my family really enjoyed it.
