Unit 48 is located within the gates of Silver Dunes Condominiums, offering a relaxing, safe, and wonderful vacation getaway in this 1,500sf townhouse unit (non-smoking) with unmatched privacy and breathtaking panoramic views of the gulf, the pool, and the one acre “green” courtyard. A short 75 yard walk to beach through a manicured courtyard and you will be playing in the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Centrally located to the pool, game room, and BBQ grills. The first floor offers a family room with two comfortable seating areas for all, a full dining room, an open and fully-stocked kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, a first floor balcony for outside entertaining, and a half bath. Upstairs offers two large bedrooms (King in master and Queen bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom.) with plenty of closet space, two large baths, and a wonderful second floor balcony providing the perfect view of the gulf and the entire property. Unit 48 is also equipped with fast Wi-Fi and 2 sleeper sofas. Washer & Dryer and ice maker in unit!

Beach Service – If you didn’t pre-reserve beach chairs, just stop by the beach hut or call the Excel team at In addition to chairs and umbrellas, Excel offers kayaks and paddle boards for rent, as well as an assortment of snacks and drinks.
Tennis, Basketball, Pickleball, and Shuffleboard – Forget your gear? No worries, you can check out rackets, balls, and more at the front desk at no charge!
Grilling Out – In the busy months of spring and summer, many families opt to grill out rather than go out. We have eight charcoal grills available. There are several seafood markets nearby, including Blalock’s which is just a block to the west (p.s., their tuna dip is a must try!).
Fitness Center – Did you know we have a fitness center in the Penthouse building? Just stop by the front desk to borrow the key.
Family Activities – There’s always something fun on the itinerary at Silver Dunes:
• Annual Easter Egg Hunt in the Courtyard – Easter Sunday, 9 am in the courtyard
• Scavenger Hunts – Throughout the Spring – for children of all ages! Just stop by the office to pick up your scavenger hunt necessities. Once you’ve collected everything, stop back by the office to pick a surprise from the Silver Dunes treasure chest!
• Movies in the Courtyard – Bring a picnic blanket, your beach chairs, and join us on Mondays at dusk throughout June and July. We show a different family-friendly movie each week.
• S’mores Nights with Live Music at the Pool –Wednesday nights are awesome at Silver Dunes! Throughout June and July, the firepits will be out, s’mores roasting, and tunes playing!
