Step into the large updated, bright and airy condominium featuring a granite kitchen with breakfast bar, open-concept living/dining area–complete with new, attractive white leather sofa and loveseat, and featuring a flat screen TV with DVD player. The newly remodeled bathrooms have travertine tile and new cabinets. The unit includes a washer and dryer, so no vacation laundry will be necessary when you arrive back home.

The sophisticated, soothing, island-themed Master Bedroom is furnished with a comfy King bed and flat screen television and the spacious second bedroom has two full-sized beds. French doors from both the Master and the Living room open onto a patio and nice lawn.

So don't leave Fido behind! The Chateau La Mer community is perfect for pets. There are large grassy areas and sidewalks for strolling along beside the breathtakingly beautiful beach. And the amenities don't stop there. Submerge yourself in the large pool that is heated in the winter, volley with friends and family on the well-kept tennis courts, and entertain with the use of the outdoor grills, clubhouse and more. The neighborhood has no through-traffic, which is greatly appreciated by families with kids and/or pets.
