Clean. Great decor. Lots of extras like beach service and cooler were really appreciated. Would recommend for sure. However, it was a little further to the beach than I’d imagined. Cannot see beach from room at all. Beach was so beautiful. Pool nearby was a plus.

We used the kitchen a lot every breakfast most lunches and a couple dinners everything we needed was right there!! Very clean and friendly place to stay!! The pool was great!! Overall this place was a good stay, minutes walk to the beach, heated pool, etc. The house is clean but a little on the older side. We found ants crawling through the drawers in the nightstand.

Good location

I really enjoyed my stay it was just across the street from the beach. My only issue is parking that even if you get 2 passes if some one else takes your space you have to park by the tennis courts and walk and with 3 kids I was not a big fan of never having a parking in the front. It should atleast be one per unit and the guest can park to the side. Other than that little issue the place is comfy and nice to stay at.

Chateau LaMer Bacation

We have stayed at Chateau LaMer for many years and this was our first visit staying at a different condo, in prior years we stayed at the same condo and we were very pleased with this rental. It is close to the beach and yet allows some quiet time or time at the pool while still having plenty of space in the kitchen, living room and bedrooms. Location is very quiet and relaxing, my daughter enjoyed it very much and I am sure we will be visiting again soon.

A lot of sand on floors on arrival. Sliding Glass Door unlocks itself when windy. Toilet in Master Bedroom handle sticks and water continues to run. Guest Bathroom tub faucet or shower head drips.

The dishwasher did not work. Also the main toilet handle broke. The porch furniture needed cleaned. Wish the ice machine was turned on when we got there. Nice overall. Friendly place. Nice to have our dogs with us.

We enjoyed our stay. We brought our dog (lab). He also had a great time, walking on the board walk every day. Only negative point about the property is that the toilet flush in both the bathrooms were not working efficiently. I hope they repair that soon.

Review of property

Just to inform you that we left 1/1/22 at 9am. We left a day early. Just FYI to pass along to house keeping. The floor needs to be mopped. Apparently it hasn’t been mopped In quite a while. I took a shower and was walking around the apartment barefoot. After being out of the shower for about 10 minutes I sat down to put my on my shoes and my feet were black from walking around barefoot. We swept the floor and cleaned up before we left but I did not mop. Also I tried using the vacuum that was in the master bedroom. I vacuumed the bedroom and switched plugs and couldn’t get it to turn back on so we just used to broom to sweep the apartment. It could be that I didn’t have a light switch flipping and that’s why it didn’t work, I don’t know. Also the shower in the master bath really needs to be cleaned. There is a lot of mold growing on the inside of the shower right where you step into the shower. The frame on the outside of the sliding door is also covered in black mold. We loved the condo and the location. Would like to stay with your company again but the cleaning issue should really be addressed. When can I expect to receive my cleaning deposit as we cleaned before we left?
