Pelican Beach Resort is an ideal family resort located in the heart of beautiful Destin, right on the beach. We are located directly across the street from the Big Kahuna's Waterpark. Minutes away from grocery stores, movie theater, Fishbowl Bowling alley, and shopping. Silver Sands, a large factory outlet mall is 7 miles east. Destin Commons outdoor shopping Mall is at the corner of Mid Bay Bridge and Hwy 98. This condo DOES NOT have a washer and dryer in the unit. There is a coin laundry by the elevator. I would have brought extra towels if I knew there wasn’t a washer and dryer in the unit. The condo was nice. It was decorated beautifully. The bed was comfortable. The view was amazing. I liked that the two TVs in the unit were smart TVs so we were able to login to Disney and Netflix.

We stayed at this condo during my kiddo’s baseball tournament. It was a perfect location in relation to the fields and had everything we needed when we were not at the ball field. Will definitely look to stay here again next year!

This condo was perfect! We will definitely stay here, again. It was super clean. The beds were very comfortable. It had a beautiful view of the ocean. We are a family of 3, but it would comfortably fit 4-6 people. This is our third stay at this property. It’s great! It’s safe, the pools are great, love the tiki bar and beach service. This is our favorite vacation spot in Florida.

Nice well kept place. All the amenities we needed for family of 4. Resort as a whole is nice as well. Lots of restaurants and activities in surrounding area also. That also makes it really busy in the area but it was manageable.
