Enjoy romantic sunsets, cool Gulf breezes, sugar white sands, and the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Located directly on the most beautiful, sugar-white sand beach on the Emerald Coast, only three stories high with 47 units, our atmosphere is more of a beachfront getaway than a high-rise resort, yet convenient to restaurants, golf, fishing, and theme parks. And beach service, which includes a large beach umbrella and 2 reclinable beach chairs, is included with every reservation from March 1 to October 31. This 840 square foot, one-bedroom unit sleeps up to 6. It features a living/dining room with a patio overlooking the beach, a fully equipped kitchen, a hallway bunk alcove, king master bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa. Perfect location.

Condo was clean. Loved the “No carpet”. Tile is clean and easy with sand and wet bodies in and out. Will stay here again.

The unit was really nice; comfortable and scenic. Need to replace kitchen table mat, dirty. Everything needo was provided. Love the ocean view, best part of the trip. Enjoy morning coffee and beach walks. Having beach chairs set up on the beach and available was so great! Destin main road is too crowded and this is March, can't imagine the real hot weather months. Love the eateries on the Island over the bridge i.e. The Crab Trap.
