Just 3 minutes from Fort Royal beach, this 135 m² villa offers breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. It features two bedrooms with private bathrooms. The spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen open onto a 700 m² garden with two private parking spaces.

The villa has a private 8 x 4 m swimming pool with an alarm system. For added comfort, it is equipped with a 4,000-liter drinking water tank and a solar water heater.

You have exclusive use of the property.

Une villa typique bien située,une vue à couper le souffle,la terrasse ,le jardin,la piscine très bien orientés et très agréables .Le salon bien meublé et ou l'on se sent bien.Mais un très gros MAIS ,les chambres,la cuisine sont d'un autre temps,et limites propres.Les salles de Bain sont indignes d'une telle location manque d'hygiène,robinetterie catastrophique,aucune pression d'eau...Des travaux d'urgences sont à prévoir pour justifier le prix de la location.Villa avec un énorme potentiel. DOMMAGE !!!!
