Perfecto

L’emplacement est excellent, Ă  5 minutes de marche de la plage grande anse. Le logement a tout ce qu’il faut, une vrai petit havre de paix. Les hĂŽtes, Clarisse et Didier, sont parfaits! À la fois discrets et disponibles, ils sont trĂšs accueillants et offrent de trĂšs bons conseils pour bien profiter de votre sĂ©jour en Guadeloupe.

Great times at Les Vanilles

My family and our friends (who stayed at the other cottage) had such a great time at Clarisse's and Didier's spotlessly kept property. The unit was beautifully decorated, clean and had all the necessities to make a great spot to retreat after a sunny day at the beach (and there are many!). Pool is wonderful addition to already splendid place. Clarisse and Didier were very welcoming and caring and their smiles bright up even rainy days. Car is essential to my opinion, especially when with kids. Deshaies is few kilometers away but there is great little restaurant apprx. 500 meters from Les Vanilles, little before the roundabout.

Wonderful stay in lovely GĂźte

We have just returned from a wonderful stay in Karaibe GĂźte. Everything was perfect and the GĂźte is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Eric and Antoinette gave us a lovely breakfast on our first morning , wonderful desserts and bananas from the garden. Lovely welcoming people who looked after us very well. The garden faces the tropical forest and the sounds of the frogs and hummingbird s visiting are absolutely wonderful. So relaxing a place to be. Just a little note that there is no mobile phone signal available at property and you have to go in the car to the top of the hill nearby to get a signal.

A very nice place to visit

A lovely tranquil clean little cottage. Our hosts were very accommodating despite our limited French. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice quiet place to stay.

Un nid douillet dans un jardin paradisiaque

Nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour inoubliable aux Vanilles. Le gite est conforme Ă  l'annonce, confortable, dĂ©corĂ© avec goĂ»t et d'une propretĂ© impeccable. On s'y sent bien. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueilli. Clarisse et Didier sont trĂšs accueillant, pleins de bons conseils et d'attentions (punch, bananes du jardin). C'Ă©tait un rĂ©el plaisir d'Ă©changer avec eux. Le gĂźte est situĂ© Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de Deshaies, petite ville trĂšs sympa. Et que dire du jardin, si ce n'est qu'il est vraiment Ă©poustouflant. On ne peut qu'ĂȘtre Ă©merveillĂ©. Nous espĂ©rons vraiment pouvoir revenir aux Vanilles ! Merci encore pour ces merveilleux jours dans votre vĂ©ritable paradis

Nice place next to the forest

Alles in allem war die Ferienwohnung wunderbar! Soweit fehlt es an nichts, die Basics sind vorhanden. In diesem tollen Klima braucht man ohnehin nicht viel. Wir wurden durch die Gastgeber herzlich empfangen und immer mit guten Tips, RatschlĂ€gen versorgt. Nebenan gibt es eine zweite Ferienwohnung, was kein Problem darstellt, aber durchaus gut zu wissen ist. Ein gutes Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr viele AktivitĂ€ten!

Lorsque nous retournerons en Guadeloupe, c'est là-bas que nous poserons nos valises. Nos bananes murissent, nous avons mangé la noix de coco en famille à notre retour ! Merci pour cet accueil...chez vous, on s'est senti chez nous...

Superbe séjour sous les alizés

Tout simplement parfait

Les Vanilles sont un vĂ©ritable petit paradis ! Le cadre nous transporte instantanĂ©ment dans une ambiance tropicale. Quel bonheur de se rĂ©veiller le matin au chant des oiseaux. Les gĂźtes sont charmants, dĂ©corĂ©s avec soin et surtout impeccablement Ă©quipĂ©s. Clarisse et Didier sont des personnes extrĂȘmement sympathiques et trĂšs accueillantes. MalgrĂ© notre arrivĂ©e tardive, de petites attentions nous attendaient, et ils ont Ă©tĂ© de trĂšs bon conseil tout au long de notre sĂ©jour. Notre seul regret aura Ă©tĂ© de ne pas rester quelques jours de plus pour profiter davantage de l'environnement et de la sympathie de nos hĂŽtes! Nous recommandons Ă  100%. Endroit fabuleux au milieu de la forĂȘt tropicale

Nous avons passer un sĂ©jour fabuleux avec nos 2 enfants dans cette location au milieu de la forĂȘt tropicale. Le seul bruit que l'on entend c'est le chant de oiseaux. Endroit trĂšs reposant. Location trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e jusqu'Ă  la glaciĂšre pour la plage!!! Je recommanderai sans problĂšme votre location. Cordialement Michael

Merveilleux endroit

Les propriĂ©taires ont un vrai sens de l'accueil et de la convivialitĂ©. Notre (trop) court sĂ©jour a Ă©tĂ© ponctuĂ© de gestes d'attention dans un environnement paradisiaque. Les photos parlent d'elles-mĂȘme et cette rĂ©gion de l'Ăźle est merveilleuse.

La forĂȘt tropicale dans les hauteurs de Deshaies

A 2 minutes de voiture de la plage de grande Anse et 5 minutes de Deshaies. Le gite est propre, joli, accueillant et situé au milieu de la foret tropicale, photos et description conforme à la description ! Le canapé lit du salon est trÚs confortable et nous a servi des 2eme chambre indépendante. Merci encore à nos hÎtes super accueillants et adorables !

Au calme avec une belle terrasse

Nous avons adorĂ© notre sĂ©jour! L'accueil de Didier a Ă©tĂ© impeccable (et de trĂšs bon conseil). La terrasse permet de prendre ses repas avec une trĂšs jolie vue sur la mer en compagnie d'adorables oiseaux (sucriers) pas farouches. Le logement est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© et l'on se sent comme Ă  la maison. La clim dans les chambres a Ă©tĂ© salvatrice pour fuir la chaleur extĂ©rieure. La proximitĂ© de la plage Leroux est un avantage indĂ©niable. En moins d'une minute en voiture, on se retrouve sur cette petite plage qui est parfaite pour le snorkling et pour profiter du soleil sans ĂȘtre dans une foule compacte.

We actually came to Guadeloupe for the 4th time and this was definitely the best accomodation we had. The patio was virtually at the edge of the forest and the lush green plants and the birds were very impressive. The hosts were very friendly and they didn't only give us many useful advices but also helped us to organize things.

GĂźte trĂšs agrĂ©able, conforme aux photos - un bon endroit pour se reposer et dĂ©couvrir Basse terre, ses magnifiques plages Ă  proximitĂ© et ses fonds sous -marins ! Antoinette et Eric sont accueillants, discrets et soucieux du bien-ĂȘtre de leurs locataires. A notre arrivĂ©e le dimanche soir, un apĂ©ritif nous attendait ainsi que le nĂ©cessaire pour le petit dĂ©jeuner ce qui est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable aprĂšs une longue journĂ©e de voyage ! UN PETIT COIN DE PARADIS

un emplacement idéal pour visiter le nord de basse terre.. dans un cadre privilégié avec un confort maximal. L'extérieur donnerait presque envie de ne pas bouger tellement c est agréable: piscine pour se rafraichir, relax ou hamac pour se poser, terrasse pour prendre ses repas....le tout au milieu d'une végétation magnifique: parfait pour une fin de journée!..L'intérieur est aussi trÚs bien!.. ainsi que le trÚs bon accueil de nos hÎtes avec leur gentillesse et leurs attentions. allez-y! et vous n aurez qu'une envie, c'est de revenir!!
