My villa nestled on the heights of a magnificent lush estate called Pointe Batterie, overlooking the majestic bay of Deshaies: a picturesque village with unmissable charm, is a real little corner of paradise! <br><br>With its 180° sea view and breathtaking sunsets from the end of April, its very well equipped kitchen and its comfortable living room opening directly onto the spacious 80 m² terrace and its heated swimming pool depending on the season, it offers an ideal setting to relax and enjoy the sun. <br><br>Its tropical garden adds a touch of serenity, the proximity of the village on foot or by car allowing you to discover many restaurants, shops, bakeries, grocery stores, doctors and pharmacy, the most beaches in Guadeloupe such as Grande Anse are significant assets.<br><br>The three air-conditioned bedrooms with their private shower rooms guarantee comfort and privacy, and the fact that all the equipment is new, including bedding, promises a pleasant stay. In addition, with WIFI (FIBER) and the large screen TV, you will have everything you need to entertain yourself after a day of discovery.<br><br>From the beach of Le Bourg, equipped with your diving mask, you can swim to observe sea turtles feeding on seagrass beds.<br><br>It is a perfect place for those looking for peace and rest, although I note that this accommodations are not suitable for people with reduced mobility. If you have any other questions or would like more information, do not hesitate to ask me!

Perfect Location beautiful villa

Superb and well equipped Villa, ideal for 1 or 2 couples and children. We stayed here for 2 weeks in June and found it to be very comfortable and well equipped. We especially enjoyed the large fridge and ice maker which was put to good use for making cocktails. Pool was refreshing and the best view of Deshaies bay. All bedrooms have been excellent air conditioning which ensures a restful night sleep. Lots to see and do in the local area. Would definitely come back.

Clever Doll House

We recommend this as a small but charming and immaculate abode. The location is great for exploring this gorgeous area. Quarters are cleverly designed to make good use of the largely open-air, beautiful views in a private setting. As English speakers, our contact person was not able to assist us with our questions, however, while the host was away and who eventually dropped contact with us. Overall, though, we loved it. Small tip: the kitchen is well furnished, but it took us a while to find the cutlery drawer tucked in a nook above the drawer with dishes. :-)

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit liebevollen Details in der der Einrichtung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Der unkomplizierte Kontakt mit der Verwalterin Vorort war sehr angenehm.

Superbe séjour

Superbe expérience dans une propriété magnifique ! Petit bémol sur le système de chauffage de l'eau , de l eau a peine tiède tout au long du séjour pour les douches et le lavage de la vaisselle. À prévoir peut être un système annexe au panneau solaire ? ( Surtout qu'on a eu une semaine plutôt ensoleillée ) . Le reste etait parfait , merci pour tout !
