POOL/SPA HEATING:
There is an optional daily charge of $175 for pool heating. Spa only, is $90 per day. If you do a combo pool and spa the price is $250 per day. Both will run from 12am to 12am on 24 hour cycle if purchased. Pool heat will be set to a comfortable 85 degrees max. We encourage responsible use of this amenity of turning off the spa when not in use. If you need the pool heated upon your arrival, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance so we can have it ready to go when you arrive. Payment can be made via VRBO or another form of payment.

Side note: Propane prices are at an all time high and we do not profit on the pool/spa fees. What we charge does not even fully cover the cost to heat the pool. Thank you for your understanding.

PET POLICY:
We are dog friendly! We welcome pet guests 50 lbs and under and 2 years of age or more (no puppies). Please let us know in advance if your furry friend will be accompanying you. A $150 pet deposit is required and if no additional pet cleaning is needed after check out, $100 is refunded and $50 goes towards your pet’s stay. Two pet maximum. Please keep pets off of all furniture. Under no circumstance, are pets allowed in the pool or furniture!

COACHELLA FEST/STAGECOACH:
We are located 25 miles to the Empire Polo Club (event venue). If you are in need of transportation to the events, there are several private transportation companies that pick up from this area. We are happy to provide the information so you can coordinate transportation for your group.

EARLY CHECK IN/LATE CHECKOUT REQUESTS:
If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help upon availability. Early check-in fee is $75 and payment must be provided upon request. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrival. In the event that we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.

HOUSE RULES:

**No parties or events are permitted at the property**

**No smoking allowed in the house or on the property. Failure to comply will result in a $1000 cleaning fee, no exceptions**

Per county regulations, moderate outdoor music is permitted with quiet hours beginning at 10pm through 7am. Quiet hours apply to outdoors and is strictly enforced. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Failure to comply with the county regulations may result in a hefty fee and/or cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Please be courteous to our full time neighbors.
