The pool, saunas and almost pool-size hot tub are fantastic, and 24 hour availability is great.The pool temperature is so comfortable that even the rain didn’t discourage our use of it. The staff and spa services are exceptional. We'll be back.

The room was clean, the lighting was mysterious and cool, but the bed was a rock. It was like sleeping on a slab of concrete. I did not sleep well. There were dogs in the neighborhood nearby barking on and off very loudly. Staff was mostly friendly, helpful and polite. Breakfast was delicious, relatively healthy and efficiently delivered. They ran out of clean coffee mugs one morning. Hot tub was extremely wonderful. Sauna was a little disappointing, it did not get as hot as we would have liked or very quickly. I would advise staying in a place with better beds and quieter neighbors if you are looking for a very peaceful paradise to stay for more than night or two. If you don't have sleeping issues or mind dogs barking, maybe this is a good place to stay overnight.

spa offerings were nice and the place has a lot of charm. The bed was too soft (hurt my back) and the staff was a little frazzled -- there's just one person running back and forth from the office to helping guests and it was a bit harried. Breakfast could have been better as well...just ok.

My late arrival was rough. They said my room would be open but it wasn’t. I called the number they had texted from and was given another room - not the superior one I had paid for, but clean and open. The staff and unique ambiance were overwhelming except the not leaving my room open part
