Very clean room with recently remodeled bath and a large patio. Staff was extremely helpful helping us find some excellent restaurants. They also helped us with the ferry. Location is very convenient. We recommend you bring long USB cables as the outlets are few.

Lovely hotel and location. All staff helpful, breakfast excellent. Opposite harbour to get the boat around the lake. Food options good in the area and not expensive.

Staff was very helpful in anything you asked them. They picked us up and dropped us off at the train station with no issues. Breakfast was very good as well. The hotel is 200 years old, and you can tell in some areas, but for the most part the rooms were plenty for us for a couple of days. Will stay there again.

Very lovely front desk staff and the spa was great. Although the views from the room were beautiful and location was great, unfortunately the decor in the rooms was incredibly dated and they didn't offer any room service.

Fabulous balcony overlooking lake

The balcony overlooking the lake was the highlight of the stay. The room was a little tired and the outside of the building in desperate need of some maintenance but could look at that view all day.
