Desenzano del Garda is a lovely town overlooking the southern shore of the lake in the province of Brescia.

In Desenzano it is possible to visit the ancient roman ruins of Villa Romana, the castle from the X century, walk along the romantic old harbor and stop for an aperitif, or go to the beach: the lake shores offer four beaches where to relax and enjoy the sun and the landscape. Desenzano is the perfect destination for sport lovers that will be able to wind surf, mountain bike and sail.

In addition, this town is a great starting point to explore the southern part of Garda that offers stunning places, starting from the nearby Sirmonione, the most prestigious city of the lake, proceeding then to Salò, with the new promenade, Maderno and Gardone Riviera.

Clean and well equipped flat.

We arrived at the property late and had no issues obtaining access. The property was clean and welcoming. Well equipped kitchen and flat. Some confusion over Italian power sockets, as there seems to be about 3 different types.

Wohnung entsprach nicht den Angaben der Beschreibung der Bilder

Wir haben uns nicht in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt, denn die war veraltert. Hatten erst keinen Strom da die Anschlüsse keine Euro Norm hatten. Ein Techniker musste erst die Gastherme instandsetzen weil wir nicht Duschen konnten. Die Küche kein ausreichendes Licht. Die Dunstabzugfilter voller Dreck mit Fett verstopft, Beleuchtung dazu defekt. Im Esszimmer war die einzige Mehfachsteckdose defekt. Im Duschraum keine Haken um etwas Aufzuhängen. WLAN war auch ein Problem. Auf der Terrasse- waren ein Tisch, 4 Kunststoff Stühle ohne Polster und auch keine Liegen vorhanden.Die Liege im Esszimmer hatten wir als unbequem nicht benutzt.Auch die Schlüsselübergabe ist ein Problem gewesen weil Inder Anlage keine Rezeption für die Wohnung ist und musste über Watsap korrespontiren. Zu Lob waren Backofen, Waschmaschine, Microwelle gängig.Ergo…..für uns war die Feriienwohnung nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Séjour à DESENZANO

Appartement agréable, surtout pour sa terrasse. Bonne disposition des pièces. Un regret: pas de fenêtre dans la cuisine. Parking très utile.
