What a breath of fresh air this lovely boutique hotel was. Friendly staff, extremely clean, great bar service with reasonable prices & plenty of pool lounges around the gorgeous refreshing pool. The breakfast has everything you could want even made to order eggs & omlettes. The selection was plentiful and varied. Great freshly squeezed juices & fabulous cappuccinos. The rooms are quite large & modern and the bathroom has a walk in shower (not a step over the bath). I would recommend Hotel Palazzo Del Garda highly for your stay in Desenzano. It is a 20 minute walk into the centre of town. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The room was clean, though a bit on the smaller side. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was adequate. The location is convenient—close to the ferry for exploring around Lake Garda. Breakfast was very good, and the staff was helpful and accommodating. The only downside was that the air conditioning in our room was not working for the entire stay. We reported the issue, but unfortunately, it was never resolved, which made the room uncomfortably warm.

Check-in was simple and straight forward. Thank you Mikki for that after a stressful day of travel from the U.K. All members of staff, including the Receptionists, Breakfast Room and the Bar Staff that we had dealings with were polite and courteous and happy to help. Facilities were excellent, the bedroom was spacious and very clean and tidy. Despite the very high temperatures outside, we took advantage of the Spa and enjoyed the Sauna and Steam Room, both of which were invigorating and the cool relaxation area was a lovely quiet space to relax after being in both of the above The Breakfast room was light and airy and had plenty of varied hot and cold items to choose from including freshly made to order Omelettes, scrambled egg, bacon and hot dog sausages, cold meats and varied cheeses and I observed a seperate section of Glutten Free foods. My only concern was the grass area adjacent to the pool area was poorly maintained and the sun loungers in that area had an array of bird droppings stuck to the material part.
