On the southern shore of Lake Garda, tradition meets modern comfort. This beautiful apartment is part of the 12-unit residential complex "Villa Colli Storici" and is located in the peaceful town of Desenzano del Garda, less than one kilometer from the lake's shores.



The apartment, rustic in style yet elegantly furnished with exposed wooden beams, stone walls, and large windows, spans three floors and accommodates up to 4 guests. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living area, a kitchen, and a bathroom. In the Torretta apartment, there are two connecting bedrooms without doors between them, an open shower, and a small bathroom with toilet and sink. The property features air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Outside, you can enjoy garden furniture, a dining table, and a sun umbrella. The large garden of Villa dei Colli Storici, with its ancient olive trees, also offers a shared pool (open June to October) and comfortable sun loungers. The nearest restaurant is just a 4-minute walk away (300 m), while the closest supermarket is a 4-minute drive (2.2 km). The beach, La Zattera, is 1.1 km from the holiday home (15 minutes on foot).

Tolle Anlage mit schlnem Außenbereich sehr sicher auch für Kinder zum

Pros: Toller Garten mit Pool, schöne Wohnung und mit dem Auto viele schöne Orte in unmittelbarer Nähe zu erkunden, zB Peschiera und Lazise oder weiter weg noch Verona und Venedig natürlich Cons: Etwas wenig Stauraum da es fast keine Schränke gibt

Gelungener toller Urlaub in besonderer Unterkunft

Pros: Sehr schöne Anlage, gut gepflegt und etwas Besonderes. Individuell, stilvoll und toll eingerichtet. Schöner Pool. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Super nette Vermieterin Anna. Cons: Hinweise dienen lediglich als Ergänzung zur Beschreibung. Die Angaben waren teils nicht genau oder fehlerhaft. Ein Schlafraum befindet sich in der 1.Etage ohne Bad und ohne räumliche Abtrennung, das Treppenhaus geht durch das Schlafzimmer hindurch, um in das Obergeschoss zu gelangen. In der obersten Etage befindet sich das 2.Schlafzimmer mit Dusche und einem WC mit Waschbecken. Der Turm mit allen Räumen ist nach oben vollständig offen ohne Abtrennung. Die p PKW- Stellplätze sind nicht wie beschrieben überdacht. Es sind jedoch genügend Stellplätze auf dem Hof vorhanden. Die Heizung im angrenzenden Heizungsraum brummt immer wieder laut. Das Gebäude an sich ist sehr hellhörig. Die Unterkunft ist sehr weit ab vom Schuss. Man benötigt immer das Auto oder kann auf den Bus zurückgreifen.
