The room was clean and provided large bottles of shampoo,conditioner, and body wash and hair dryer provided which was a nice surprise bc other Red Roof properties I have stayed in did not provide this. Check in was quick and easy and staff friendly. The area surrounding the property seems a bit unsafe. When we arrived there were a couple of scary characters roaming in the area which scared us a bit. Otherwise it’s a good property for a quick stay.

They warned us about a “step” near the door, but after stepping over the door threshold in the dark, I thought I was over it. I was not expecting anything this stupid. Never seen anything this dangerous before in years of traveling, even in biker motels. A 2x3 foot step platform inside the door and invisible in the dark. I frickin face-planted on the fake wood floor. Sprained ankle, Kneecap & elbow bruised, fat lip, pulled muscles in my arms. This motel should be sued into oblivion. Stay away.

Photos of hotel on Expedia website is very deceiving. There was mold on walls and ceiling in bathroom. Bedsheets and covers were dirty. Front desk was rude and inattentive. Breakfast was cold. Overall very disappointed in hotel and felt scammed by photos online.

Nearly ruined my girlfriens birthday weekend.

The sheets hadn't been changed. Room was dirty. We changed to another room. Stilll not toal clean, the tv didn't work. The attitude when we checked in was not friendly or polite. We will never stay there again. Also had to pay $100 deposit. I have never had to pay a deposit unless i had my dog with me and then it was oonly $50
