We got into strom with 85 more miles to go and since it was way too dangerous to continue so we decided to cancel our reservation. We called and they refused to let us cancel so we were forced to make the trip at 20 mph. We couldn't get the curtains to close so put us in a different room and those wouldn't close either. The bathroom fan sounded like a jet engine. Was not happy with the room or service at all. From now on they will be called the No Quality Inn.

Staff was very friendly. Hot breakfast with waffles, eggs, sausage, toast and other snacks. Room was clean. Only thing is that the fridge wasn't working. We found out the next day that the cool wasn't enough right before we left the room. We never called the front desk about it though.

The staff was helpfull. The room smelled of smoke even though there we signs everywhere that said no smoking. Other than that it seemed clean. There were some obvious repairs that needed to be done, like the toilet ran all the time and the closet door was off it's hinges. We were there during a snow storm and the drive wasn't plowed which they appaligized for. Nice people likely need better management or better owner.
