Decent place, awesome staff

Staff was beyond amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. I don't know if it was because it was summer, but not really hot, but the place felt humid. Not super damp, but just a little. The AC was set at 60 when I got to my room, which I figured they had done to try to dry the place out. It really was fine, but I imagine I'll like the place better in the winter. Honestly, the staff were so great, I will try this place again.

The guy at the desk seemed a bit confused at times. While i had no issues, someone else in our party couldn’t get into his room. After returning to the front desk 3 times, the guy at the desk finally went with him only to find that someone else was already in that room. The problem DID ultimately get rectified.

This hotel was a quick stop as we passed through and WOW did it impress!!!!!!! This place was immaculate, wonderful accommodations, with a full sized fridge etc and we even noticed it had pet friendly rooms! You will NOT be disappointed with this hotel!

Simplicity and cleanliness. Conveniently located to I35. Very good coffee in lobby. Evening desk clerk less than enthusiastic. Out of coffee for room coffee maker. No tissue or hair dryer in room, but was quickly delivered to room in morning.

We have never stayed in a My Place Hotel before and we were pleasantly surprised! LOVED this place. The front desk was amazingly friendly, beds were super comfortable, and we enjoyed it very much! No continental breakfast but everything else was terrific! Highly recommend.
